· Third Quarter Dues Reminder - July 30. Owners of multiple units will receive one email invoice for all units. Thanks for the prompt payment of second quarter dues. Your dues notice will be emailed around June 15.
· Who’s responsible? Royal Oak declarations state that water pipes located within the perimeter floor, walls, and ceilings are unit owner property and NOT common property. I.e., when water leaks originate in your unit, you may be responsible for damages to other units.
· Do you have expertise in finance/accounting or website administration to share with the HOA Board? Contact Sally Cameron for more information: treasurer@royaloakcondos.net.
· Has your email or phone number changed? Remember to update it with the HOA treasurer@royaloakcondos.net.
· Be a Respectful Pet Owner and Good Neighbor - Regs govern the size (no more than 35 lbs.), number and behavior of your furry friends. Share this with your short-term guests. Owners are responsible for ensuring guests observe these rules, which should be posted in each rental unit.
· Big Screen Time - A 65” smart TV and faster internet router were installed at the Clubhouse. Don’t forget to sign in when you get there. Security cameras are now in use for your protection. |
