Be a Respectful Pet Owner and Good Neighbor  Regs govern the size (no more than 35 lbs.), number and behavior of your furry friends. Share this with your short-term guests. Owners are responsible for ensuring guests observe these rules, which should be posted in each rental unit. There have already been violations this summer, and large dogs that are not permitted have disturbed other owners.

 

The parking lot between Buildings 1 and 2 and a portion of the entrance will be much smoother by the end of 2026. The Board of Directors has approved a $65,000 resurfacing project. Moretz Paving has been retained for the project. They estimate starting this fall. Owners will receive advance notice before the project begins.
